What do I receive?

The complete ebook as a PDF, with no trimmed preview and no locked chapters. It opens on any phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader, with no app or activation code.

Is anything shipped to me?

No. Every title is a digital file, so there is no shipping fee, customs charge or tracking number. Your address is only used for your receipt.

What is your refund policy?

Change-of-mind refunds are not offered after delivery. If the file is faulty, the wrong title, never arrives, or you were charged twice, email us within 14 days for a fix or a full refund.

When does my download arrive?

Usually in under a minute. The link appears on the confirmation page as soon as your payment clears, and the same link is emailed to you.

Can I download it again later?

Yes. Create an account at checkout and your books stay in My Account, under Downloads. Checking out as a guest? Save the file from the email link.

How do I get help?

Email help@stbooks.pro with your order number or the book title. We reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.
