The short version
STBOOKS.PRO sells digital products such as ebooks and downloadable PDF files. Because a digital product can be accessed and copied immediately after delivery, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been successfully delivered.
This does not mean you are left without help if something is actually wrong with your purchase. If your file is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, the wrong title, or otherwise technically defective, contact us and we will investigate the problem.
Successful delivery
Your order is considered successfully delivered when the purchased digital product has been made available to you through your order, account, download link, or other electronic delivery method.
Once successful delivery has taken place, we generally do not accept refunds simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the ebook, purchased it by mistake, did not like the content, or found similar material elsewhere.
File issues
We understand that digital delivery can occasionally fail. If the product you received has a genuine technical or delivery problem, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Corrupted PDF. The downloaded file cannot be opened or is technically damaged.
- Incomplete file. Pages or required content are missing from the delivered product.
- Wrong product. You received a different title from the one you purchased.
- Download problem. A legitimate technical problem prevents you from accessing the purchased file.
- Duplicate charge. You appear to have been charged more than once for the same order.
How to report an issue
If there is a problem with your digital product, email help@stbooks.pro. There is no complicated form.
-

Contact help@stbooks.pro and briefly describe the problem.
-
Tell us about your order
Include your order number where available. If you do not have it, provide the purchased book title and the approximate purchase date so we can locate the order.
-
Describe the problem
Tell us what happens when you try to download or open the file. Screenshots or error messages may help us identify the problem faster.
-
We investigate and assist
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, restore access, correct the delivery, or determine another suitable resolution.
How we resolve issues
Our first priority for a genuine digital-product problem is to make the product available and usable.
Where appropriate, we may provide a new copy of the file, replace a corrupted or incorrect file, restore download access, or correct an issue with the order.
A refund is not automatically guaranteed for every reported problem. We will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.
Exceptional cases
Although successfully delivered digital products are generally non-refundable, we may review exceptional situations individually.
- Duplicate payment. If the same order appears to have been charged more than once, contact us so we can investigate.
- Incorrect delivery. If we delivered a different product from the one purchased, contact us so we can correct the order.
- Unresolved technical failure. If a genuine technical issue prevents delivery or access and cannot reasonably be corrected, we may consider an appropriate remedy.
- Unauthorised transaction. If you believe a payment was made without your permission, contact us and, where necessary, your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you do not recognise a transaction or believe a payment was made without your permission, you should contact your bank or card issuer as appropriate.
For ordinary product or delivery problems, we encourage you to contact us first at help@stbooks.pro so we can investigate the issue directly.
If a payment dispute has already been opened, we may provide relevant order and transaction information to the applicable financial institution as required.
If you are in the EU or UK
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country.
Depending on the jurisdiction and the circumstances of the purchase, digital content may be subject to statutory consumer protections, including rules concerning digital content delivered immediately after purchase.
If applicable law gives you a right that cannot legally be excluded, that right will continue to apply. This policy should therefore be read together with the mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase.
